Shutdown of the German customs system ATLAS, lock-outs between Czech Republic and Germany Dear customers, We were informed that due to maintenance and conversion to a new version, the German ATLAS customs system will be temporarily shut down from September 20th 12.00 noon to September 22nd 12.00 noon.

 
 
 
 
The shutdown means that at that time period there will not be possible in Hamburg to carry out operations such as customs releasing of import containers for departure from port terminals (containers unloaded from a vessel during the shutdown cannot be planned to trains with departure sooner than September 24th) or customs clearance - issuing of B-No., BHT for export containers arriving to seaport (we ask you kindly for submitting of respective documents for issuing of B-No., BHT no later than September 20th to 10.00 am).
 
At the same time, please note that the railway network administrator has announced night closures of the railway line between the Czech Republic and Germany, in time period from September 24th to September 30th, always 1.00 am - 5.00 am. METRANS trains will operate but they will be postponed or delayed and there will occur some irregularities and delays in comparison to the regular timetable.
